150 degrees EP/NN/CC heat resistant conveyor belt
High temperature conveyor belt has the merits of conveying materrials at the occasion of high strength,long distance,and large load ,however,it also has the properties of filre-resistant and anti-static,and it is suitable for Fire resistant and anti-explosion applications, especially suitable for conveying materials under coalmine wells.
Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt Characteristics:
High temperature resistant conveyor belt selects cotton canvas or EP canvas as skeleton material. This kind of conveyor belt adopt ethylene-propylene rubber or syrene butadiene rubber as coating with good heat resistance.
The rubber compound used in the cover have been designed to avoid premature aging due to contact with any source of heat.
It can be divided into four types according to working temperature range: HRT-1 <=100°C, HRT-2<=125°C, HRT-3<=150°C,HRT-2<=175°C
]
Models:
Heat resistant conveyor belts fall into three models
Mode1: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 100°C, code S1
Mode2: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 125°C, code S2
Mode3: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 150°C, code S3
Mode4: able to with stand the test temperature of less than 175°C, code S4
